At the March board meeting of Concord Wildlife Alliance, the board voted to donate $1,000 to Rocky River Deer Processing in order to upgrade their facility to meet requirements of being certified with the state. This state approval will allow Rocky River to participate in the Hunters for the Hungry program. Having an additional facility will allow more opportunity for the program to grow and encompass more hunters in the Cabarrus county region.
